To download your purchase invoice, please log in to your account on the Whoppah website (this feature is not available on the app) and navigate to 'Account' -
To download your purchase invoice, please log in to your account on the Whoppah website (this feature is not available on the app) and navigate to 'Account' - 'Account Settings' - 'My Purchases and Sales'. Here, you'll find an overview of all your purchases and the associated invoices.
Please note that the Whoppah Support Team cannot send invoices on your behalf or make retroactive changes to your invoice. If you need your invoice to be issued in a company name, your account must be set to 'Business'. You can contact us directly to make this change. This ensures you can always download the correct invoices.
