For purchases from non‑business sellers, returns are only possible with explicit agreement from the seller. Costs and refunds The buyer is always responsible for covering the return shipping costs in these cases. Refunds are processed only after the seller confirms that the returned item has been received in good condition. The refund covers the purchase price of the item, excluding the buyer protection, service fee, and any transport costs incurred for the initial shipment and the return.
