Good' means the item is in good condition, but shows signs of use. 'Very good' means the item may show signs of use, but these are not noticeable. 'Excellent' means that you can hardly find any traces of use. Always take a close look at the photos and chat with the seller about the condition if you are unsure about anything.

No, the items on Whoppah are offered by private individuals or professionals.
As a seller, you determine the minimum amount you want for your item. Do you get an offer? Then you can accept it by clicking on the green check mark. If you want to reject a bid, click on the red cross. You make a counter-offer by stating an amount in the 'Counter-bid' window. As soon as you accept an offer as a seller, there is a deal. You just sold your item!
Creating an account is free. When you purchase an item, you pay a €1.99 service fee. Depending on the payment method you choose (Visa and Mastercard), you may be charged an additional fee for using this payment method. Payments via iDeal, Bancontact, and Giropay are free. This is clearly stated at the checkout.
We understand how frustrating it can be when you reach out to a seller and don’t get a response. Whether you’ve sent a chat message or placed a bid, waiting for a response can feel like an eternity, especially when you’re eager to move on.
At Whoppah we strive to facilitate smooth interactions between buyers and sellers. When you send a chat or make an offer, we immediately inform the seller about your communication. This ensures that they are aware of your interest and gives them the opportunity to respond.
Despite our best efforts, there may still be times when a seller does not respond. While we want every interaction to be seamless, it is important to recognize that we cannot force sellers to respond. It is certainly disappointing, but sometimes external factors can prevent them from responding quickly.

To download your purchase invoice, please log in to your account on the Whoppah website (this feature is not available on the app) and navigate to 'Account' - 'Account Settings' - 'My Purchases and Sales'. Here, you'll find an overview of all your purchases and the associated invoices.
Please note that the Whoppah Support Team cannot send invoices on your behalf or make retroactive changes to your invoice. If you need your invoice to be issued in a company name, your account must be set to 'Business'. You can contact us directly to make this change. This ensures you can always download the correct invoices.
When ordering multiple products, there are a few things to keep in mind. Below we explain how it works.
Booking courier per productIf you want to order multiple products, you can indicate which courier you want to use per product. You can do this by adding the desired product to your shopping cart and then selecting the desired courier. This way you can be sure that all products are delivered correctly.
Buyer protection per productIn addition to choosing the right courier, you can also choose buyer protection per product. This is an extra service that ensures that you as a buyer are protected against any problems with the product or seller. If you order multiple products, you can decide per product whether or not you want buyer protection.
Discount code over entire shopping cartIf you have a discount code, you can use it when checking out all your products. The discount code is valid for the entire shopping cart, not per product. This way you get a little discount on all the products you have selected.

Process for invoking Buyer Protection
1. Report the problem within 2 days of receiving the product via Whoppah Chat and contact our customer service team via email at support@whoppah.com.
2. Payment to the seller will be suspended while the problem is investigated.
3. If counterfeiting is suspected, the seller will be given 48 hours to prove authenticity.
4. In case of non-conforming products, the seller will be contacted with options for compensation or return.
5. If return is necessary, the buyer usually bears the cost unless otherwise agreed.
6. An independent party may act as a mediator in disputes.
NB You will not be refunded the cost of the return, delivery and Buyer Protection fee.
Please note: If you have not added Buyer Protection or do not report in time (2 days), the transaction is considered completed and the right to Buyer Protection lapses.
When you view an item, you'll see a "Buy Now" button to the right of the item, along with a price. This is the seller's asking price for which the item is available for immediate sale. Fall in love with an item? Click the "Buy Now" button and complete your payment. The item is instantly yours!
Place a bid
Have you seen something beautiful and is it possible to place a bid? Then place a bid on the item. This proposal remains valid for 48 hours. Please note: if the seller accepts your bid, you have a deal and must pay for the purchase. Is your bid rejected? Then you can place a new bid. In love? Then it is also possible to buy a product directly. To do so, click the 'Buy now' button. You then pay the amount the seller asks for the item.
Cancelling bids
Sometimes you may have made a bid by mistake and want to cancel it. This is possible. Try to avoid this as much as possible. You can then mention the reason in the chat with the seller so that everything is clear to both parties. Do you want to cancel a bid that has already been accepted? This is also possible, but you should then select the reason for cancellation. Whoppah always communicates with the behaviour rule deal = deal, so we would like to learn why you want to cancel a bid if it has also been accepted. Again, you can share the reason with the seller yourself, which is nice.
Item is no longer available
It may happen that a seller indicates via the chat, after a purchase made by you, that the item has already been sold or is no longer available (e.g. that the item was sold via another platform). This is of course very annoying and of course also undesirable. We try, partly thanks to steering on behavior, to prevent this as much as possible.
Make sure to indicate via the Whoppah Chat that something is wrong so that the payout to the seller is paused.
Cancel the purchase
Because the item is no longer available for sale, the purchase is completely cancelled and that means that you will immediately get your money back and the purchase is revoked. You can send an email to Whoppah for this.

Sometimes, it may happen that you're trying to proceed to checkout with an item in your cart, but you're unable to continue. In this case, a grey bar may appear, preventing you from completing the checkout process.
If this happens, please contact our support team and provide the link to the item We will check if the seller has set up a pickup address for the item, which is required to complete the checkout.

If you want to know what a seller would like for an item, you can contact them directly via the Whoppah Chat. In the chat, clearly mention:
which item(s) you are interested in;
whether you would like to receive a price proposal or a quote.
The seller can then inform you of the price or make a counteroffer. Keep in mind that the price shown in the listing is usually the asking price, but there may be room for negotiation.
If you’re interested in multiple products from the same seller, it’s best to discuss everything in one conversation. This way, you can also arrange a total price or combined shipping. Learn more here: How to order multiple products.

All communication about the product and price agreements must take place via the Whoppah platform, including quote requests.
