When creating the advertisement you can select if the item is suitable to ship per post. Think about the material of the item. Glass or other materials that are fragile are usually not insured by the postal carriers.
Please note that as the seller, you continue to bear the risk during transport via postal shipping. Therefore, the item should be packaged really well and securely for shipping so that it arrives safely to the buyer. For more information on how to wrap the item please go to this article: How should I pack the item and why should I take photos?.
The buyer has completed the payment. The buyer also pays for the shipping label. In the Whoppah Chat the shipping label will be available to download. Currently we only support printable labels (so no QR codes). Print the shipping label in the original format. Do not print the label with the setting page filling. The barcode of the shipping label will not be scannable.
