This helps speed up the negotiation process, as the seller can reach out with a bid even if you haven’t placed one yet.
If you receive such a bid from a seller, you can:
Accept
Decline
Make a counter-offer
If you're no longer interested, you don't need to do anything, the offer will expire automatically after a set period.
