We understand how frustrating it can be when a buyer doesn't follow through with their agreement.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a buyer doesn't follow through with their agreement. We believe in 'deal is a deal' and urge buyers to complete their payment as soon as a deal has been made. However, while these are our terms of use, we cannot legally enforce them as they are not part of consumer law. All we can do is repeatedly request the buyer to follow our terms and possibly close their account if they repeatedly fail to comply. Please note that we cannot force a buyer to make a payment and sometimes external factors may delay their response.
