Unique rare early cantilever tubular steel stool / footstool nickel plated withpatina and some rust (nickelled, chromed) original heavy duty leatherette with stain and one cut Initially we were told that this is by Mart Stam from hisbauhaus period, but theseat and feet look a lot like what Gispen did in the 50s; so is this a backless Gispen chair? the base bends inwards so that these could be stacked hocker/foot stool/ottoman/footrest vintage, retro, mid-century modern, modernist seat:43 W x 41 D cm tube diameter: 2,2 cm
