Beautiful signed screen print by Robert Heijkoop titled ‘Fish’. This is number 162 of 800. In good vintage condition. Robert Heijkoop was born in Amsterdam in 1939. He is a self-taught artist. Heijkoop’s works position themselves between Brueghel and Horst Antes. His works exude an enigmatic and surreal atmosphere. Focused on satire and laden with irony, Heijkoop points out societal weaknesses such as hypocrisy. Heijkoop has exhibited in many countries, both solo and in group exhibitions. The artist works and lives in Ibiza.
