Kingsit Office / Desk Chair from Ahrend in grey swivel, wheels, height adjustable, tilt mechanism upholstered armrest black square tube frame upholstery: grey canvas fabric, yellow plastic pin-stripe cord on the back; about 15 years old; a bit threadbare on the leading edges: armrest, back and seat (see photos) Dutch Design! Gispen had the President chair so Ahrend made the Kingsit, sit with the comfort of a king made before Ahrend merged with De Cirkel (1941) at some point this chair was returned to the factory for repair, I’m guessing in the 50s, that’s the docket glued to the bottom of the chair vintage, retro, mid-century modern 30s, 1930s, thirties, seating seat height from 47 to 56 cm
