Drafting table / Desk by Ahrend De Cirkel for TH Eindhoven name: Drafting table / desk designer: probably family Rietveld manufacturer: Ahrend De Cirkel, the Netherlands design year:1950-60 The TH (Engineering College) Eindhoven was furnished by Ahrend, where Wim Rietveld was their main designer.This wooden architects table is seems based / inspired by the Military Table by father Gerrit Rietveld, so we have here a possible collaboration between father Gerrit and son Wim Rietveld.The drawer unit comes from the Facet office system of Ahrend (by Friso Kramer), and was probably added in the 1960s. dimensions table (without drafting board)):76 D x 152 W x 76 H cm dimensions drafting board: 100 D x 150 W x 93 to103 H cm vintage retro price on request
